Rates
Rates are per session, not per hour. We also have a discount for multiple sessions, Military Personnel, First Responders and Teachers. Please note there is a fee for late or missed sessions that is equal to half your current session rate.
Session Duration
The first session is up to 2 hours because there's a lot to be covered. Each subsequent session is 1:30. Most other hypnotherapists only allow for 50 minute to 1 hour sessions, but we've found sessions can be far more productive with the extra time.
1/2 Hour Power Sessions
A Power Session is just a half hour long and it's mainly for reinforcing suggestions given previously you feel you need extra help on. For example, if you came in for a fear of public speaking and was already given suggestions in your first session, we can do a Power Session virtually or on-location right before a public speaking event you have to reinforce suggestions or to give suggestions that are specific to that event. You can use a power session for any kind of hypnotherapy suggestions like weight loss or smoking cessation should you feel the need for reinforcement. 1/2 Hour Power Sessions are only available after you've already had the first session.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Android Pay, Square Wallet, Google Wallet, Venmo, Checks & Cash. Make checks payable to "JH Hypnosis". If paying in cash, please be sure to bring the exact amount. We do not carry cash in change. Any over-payment amount will be counted toward the cost of your next session. Hypnosis is a non-taxable service.
First Session
Your first session is 2 hours* and will set the foundation for our sessions going forward, so make sure you know exactly what you want to work on and communicate your expectations so we're on the same page.
Forms
You can download the New Client Forms at the top-left of this page, fill them out at home or on your computer and have them ready for your first session. If the client is under the age of 18, we will need parental consent.
*The first session is 2 hours due to everything that needs to be covered. Each subsequent session is 1:30. Punctuality for your session is important! We may not be able to extend your session time should you be late!
